Hel­lo, I’m J. N. Court­ney. This is me when I was eight years old. I have always loved to read. I enjoy all types of books and now I am fol­low­ing my dream of being a chil­dren’s book author. I am nev­er bored as I always car­ry pen and paper with me so I can jot down ideas, which I find everywhere!

The beau­ty of nature brings me joy. My favorite gift for Moth­er’s Day was a hike with my chil­dren. My son and I took a trip to Aca­dia Nation­al Park in Maine. Here, I’m pic­tured tak­ing a moment to enjoy a fab­u­lous view. After­wards, I ate super fresh lob­ster — Maine is known as the “lob­ster cap­i­tal of the Unit­ed States” — while wear­ing a bib. 🙂
